Payment Issues



    


    What should you do if you encounter a payment issue? ❓


If you have checked and are certain that you did not receive the item / package that has been paid for Please follow the steps below.


    ✨Required information for reporting a payment issue. 


    - List of items purchased / package name + quantity.

    - The amount paid. 

    - Time of purchase. 

    - Payment channel  : Android / IOS or Web page

(For the web page)  Payment channel / Service provider 

(For mobile phone) Payment channel : PromptPay  / True money / Credit card 
**Important ** 
- Please provide a screenshot of the transaction history that shows the order ID with GPA from the history in the [Apple Store/Google Play Store], or the transaction history sent to the email. 


In case of payment via Apple Store and no receipt or transaction history is found, please wait 

for the Apple Store to send the receipt or transaction history to your email.

(Some transactions may be updated by the store within 72 hours.)

⭐️ For the Apple Store order ID, please go to the app -> Account (top right corner) -> Purchase History -> Select the item, and send the screenshot showing the details such as the package name, date and time, price, and order ID. 






⭐️ For the Google Play Store order ID, please go to the app -> Account (top right corner) -> Payments & Subscriptions -> Budget & History -> Select the item and view the details. Then, send the screenshot as evidence of the purchase transaction.









⭐️ For the top-up transaction via the website. 

For top-up, you can access it through the official website of the game Ragnarok V Returns at https://www.rov-sea.com/.
Players should click on the 'Top-Up' section

Once you have accessed the page, the top-up details will be displayed at the bottom. 

-> Log in  

-> Select the character you wish to top up.

Then, choose the package you wish to purchase and complete the payment through the selected payment method to finish the process.



⭐️ Top up via the PC Client system. 
Players can select any topic on the right corner or go to the shop, where they will find the symbol for purchasing Ruby.



Then, select the package you wish to purchase.


The system will redirect the player to the service provider selection page on the website -> Select the payment method -> and click Confirm to proceed to the next step. 


Next, a popup will appear to select the payment method as the next step -> Enter the email address for the receipt -> Click Next to proceed to the payment page and complete the top-up process.



After the purchase is completed, the item will appear in the mailbox.
