Account Deletion is Irreversible

You must check and manage all your in-game benefits before deleting your account, as account deletion will result in the loss of all in-game benefits.All Data Will Be Permanently Deleted
All data related to your account, such as personal information, gameplay history, points, levels, and item lists, will be permanently deleted.Once Confirmed, Account Data and Benefits Cannot Be Recovered
Once the account deletion is confirmed, you will lose access to any data or benefits associated with your account. Deleting the account will be considered as waiving your rights to any data or services associated with the game account.Please Ensure You Have Read and Understood All Terms Before Confirming the Request
Once you proceed with and confirm your account deletion request, it will be considered that you accept and understand all terms related to the process.
1. Go to the 'Submit Request' button
2. Select "Mobile Game : The Ragnarok"
3. Select the topic you wish to report >> Account Issue / Request Account Deletion
Fill in the account information for the account you wish to delete.
Attach an image showing your UID to the support ticket.
